  3. Makes 6 servings
  4. 36% calorie reduction from 
  5. traditional recipe

  7. 1 small can (6 ounces) frozen orange 
  8.    juice concentrate
  9. 2 1/4 cups skim milk
  10. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  11. 1 3/4  teaspoons Equal┬« MeasureΓäó or 
  12.    6 packets Equal┬« sweetener or
  13.    1/4 cup Equal┬« SpoonfulΓäó
  14. 8 ice cubes
  15. Ground nutmeg or cinnamon (optional)
  16.  
  17. ΓÇó Process orange juice concentrate, 
  18. milk, vanilla, and Equal┬« in blender or 
  19. food processor until smooth; add ice 
  20. cubes and process again until smooth. 
  21. Serve in small glasses; sprinkle with 
  22. nutmeg or cinnamon.
